First Steps - Discussion & Quoting
First off, hello! I want this whole thing to be as easy as possible for you. It will all begin with either an in-person meeting, phone call, or email correspondence. We'll chat about your ideas as well as your budget and time frame. Once we get a better idea of goals, we will send you a quote for the project as well as well terms on the way the design process will work.
Design Process & Reviewing
This is the exciting part! Based on our initial conversation, we will provide concepts that you can review and develop. Once we have decided on a direction, you can provide us with feedback and reviews to the project. Once we have achieved the look you are going for, we will finalize the files and send to print!
The final step of your design project will depend on your desired printing method. We work with a variety of different mediums and will help you choose the best process. We will coordinate the printing and delivery.
Many projects require assembly. This can be anything from mounting your invitation or stuffing your envelopes to tying ribbons to your programs. Occasionally assembly is worked into the cost but most of the time it will be a separate charge. Please keep this in mind when considering your timeline.
Now that we have finished your project, I will find the best way to send it to you. Most projects are billed at the end of project if not discussed prior. Payment is expected within 2 weeks of billing unless otherwise agreed upon.
